The Multicultural Psychologist® is a podcast and online community designed to explore various aspects of culture as it relates to the field of psychology. We purposely define culture, community, and diversity using the broadest of terms. Wherever cultures and communities of people intersect with psychology, either in theory or practice, we want to be there. So TMP podcast and community might speak to cultures based on race, ethnicity, gender, LGBTQIA status, abilities, and neurodivergence, just to name a few. Our attitude and values are to serve all communities to the highest possible ethical and competency standards. While our primary audience is mental health professionals, all are welcome to explore, expand and learn. We know that growth occurs when we seek it, voluntarily and intentionally. The Multicultural Psychologist Podcast and online community are safe places to foster growth, professional development understanding.
